It has been a while.... or longer.

I have been gone so long! Years, literally years.
I am so glad to be back to blogging and really tackling my obsession with stuff.
I am going to stick to my guns this time and live off of what I have instead of buying more new stuff.
As some of you may remember, the goal was for me to save money by using stuff I already have instead of going out and buying more as well as getting rid of some of the clutter I have accumulated over the years. So many things have changed for me since my last blog post; I have set a wedding date (kind of), my mom has passed away (I am heart broken) and I am more in tune with myself.

I am hoping to turn this into a video blog, or at least show some video clips, maybe should I set up a YouTube channel, I don't know. What do you guys suggest?

The  reason I wanted to start this blog is because I wanted you to all see how I am going to navigate thru the the challenge of not shopping and de-cluttering. I will be the first to admit that I have a little big of a hoarded living in me. Things make me happy, shopping makes me happy, bringing new things into the house fills an void. A void that is there unbeknownst to me.

It will be hard, it will probably make me feel sad and lost at times but we will make it fun and we will celebrate all of our victories!
I know I am not alone. I know there are others like me who are struggling to stop spending, struggling to find a place in their home for more unnecessary, for a lack of better word, junk!

We will support each other and if you aren't ready to put away the cash, credit card, check or whatever you use, then live thru me.

I need you all, I need each and everyone of you to watch me, support me, laugh at me and to just be there for me.

I will ask you bear with me, as I try to add video clips.... technology is definitely not my thing!
